Direct SQL Connection: Removed all manual exports, ensuring real-time data directly from the source.
ETL & Data Modeling: Structured a clean Power BI model that unified internal and external sales, standardized brand naming, and correctly separated MAN Trucks from VW Trucks.
Power BI Service App: Created a corporate Power BI App divided by area (Sales, Spare Parts, Inventory/Stock) for easy navigation and centralized access.
RLS & User Groups: Implemented Row-Level Security and user groups so each team only sees what’s relevant to their function.
Interactive Dashboards: Built customized dashboards and KPIs with drill-downs by brand, division, and channel, accessible anytime and anywhere.
Data Quality Collaboration: While building the model, we identified inconsistencies in the company’s database and worked closely with Lestido’s IT Manager to correct and improve data structures and quality.
Progressive Rollout: Started with Sales, expanded to Spare Parts, then Inventory and Stock — setting a foundation for future business areas.
